The Fire Ant

Fire fighting ali (overview and personal opinion) "Fire fighting ant" is one of the most feared wandering arthropods in North America. The first non-native species was introduced to Port Mobile in Alabama, and since 1919 it has been dumped to the shore through a soil ballast from a South American ship. Solenopsis richteri Forel arrived someday in 1919, but Solenopsis invicta Buren arrived in the late 1930's; they were superior to the two sister's ants, Solenopsis xyloni McCook. It is more aggressive and irritating to Solenopsis geminata Fabricius which is thought to be native to North America.

A: The two prevention methods work out nicely. The first thing I like most about the fire ant ant country is to do fire prevention bait. The two most effective baits are Advion Fire Ant Bait or Extinguish Plus Fire Ant Bait. They should be broadcast in the early spring before ants begin to form new colonies. You should feed again in the fall. When the worker gathers it and brings it to her as food, the bait kills the queen. The surviving mounds should be handled separately by spraying the same bait on the bottom of each mound. Martin 's Surrender Fire Ant Bait can be used to handle each mound between the autumn and spring broadcast protocols.

A typical defensible colony will make a large mountain in the vacant lot, mainly while eating seedlings and seeds. Fire ants often attack small animals and kill them. Unlike many other ants, unlike spraying acid with chewing wounds, catching ants (from the abdomen) will inject a toxic alkaloid poison called solenopsin, a compound of piperidine. For humans, this is a painful pain, resembles the feeling (hence the name) that it was burned by fire (hence the name), and painful aftereffects are fatal for sensitive people. Fire fighting ants are more aggressive than most native species, so they kick out many species from their local habitat. One such species used by Solanopsis ali is bees of nonsocial runs entering cells from under the bees, eg Euglosa imperialis, nest, and hunting cell contents. These ants are known for their ability to survive under extreme conditions.
