The ethical problem associated with the practice of human services is that they insist on self-determination when a patient suffers from psychosis (customer's self-determination and mental health). Morality is a field of moral philosophy including rights (morality) and errors (immorality) (Dolgoff and Loewenberg, 1992). However, there is also a dilemma such as the dilemma described in this article. A moral dilemma also refers to a choice between unpopular choices, which in turn seemingly includes equivalent moral values (Banks, 2006).
The ethical decision model I use to solve the moral dilemma is an ethical problem solution model. The first step in the model is to identify problems or dilemmas. The dilemma is that at school I taught before, students are not receiving appropriate education. I was appointed a school teacher, and I learned that the students did not get their rights. I am afraid of losing my job, so I can not help them. I can not oppose the organization I am working with. This is a dilemma. The second step in the model is to identify potential problems related to the problem from the perspective of rights.
A moral dilemma is a situation in moral commandments or a conflict of moral responsibility, and any solution that might solve the dilemma is morally patient. In other words, the moral dilemma is an uncertain situation that is feasible from the perspective of moral or moral principles. Nike is an international company known for sports products. In 1995 Nike began to develop football by subcontracting his football to the local SAGA Sports Company. Pakistan uses large amounts of child labor and export parts, especially in the country. Nike and its subcontractors earn a lot of money by using low wages to sew soccer
Ethical dilemmas often have no clear 'correct' or 'wrong' solution, and there is plenty of potential for violating ethical principles and professional practices. Ethical decision models are similar to care processes, including assessment, diagnosis, results / planning, implementation, and evaluation. First, evaluate what ethical dilemmas are, such as decisions and actions that require health problems or immediate response. This requires moral sensitivity (supervision of ethical conditions) and ethical quality (acting in an ethical and professional manner). Second, it is important to collect data such as identifying stakeholders, decision making ability, important socio-cultural factors and so on. It is also important to recognize and cope with potential human rights violations. In addition, please check the legal issues and institutional policies to consider.
