Crime profiling is a research method, and many law enforcement agencies, especially the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), analyze elusive criminals by investigating criminal profiles. Analysis is usually based on the type and nature of the crime. Surveys are usually done on the whereabouts and occupations of perpetrators before, during and after certain crimes. - In prison, criminals will be part of the gang or part of the gang victim pool. Race and culture seems to be the main factor of the prisoner's victim. When he enters the system, the prisoner may not be a racist, but the need for the survival of other prisoners may force them to accentuate these features.
METHOD This analysis is based on data collected by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the United States Census Bureau, the California State Criminal Justice Statistics Center, the California Department of Youth Administration, and the California State Correction Service Data Analysis Department. The first part of the serious crime reported to the police was analyzed to measure criminal changes in cities and counties. Ten countries were selected for comparison according to the effective criminal policy model specified by the US Justice Ministry. These cities include Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Jacksonville, New Orleans, New York City, Phoenix, Washington DC. In addition, San Francisco has also been compared with the eight major counties of California's three major cities - Los Angeles, San Diego, San Jose and California.
