Technology as a form of communication has become a social media platform such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat. Text messages, conversations, even face to face, can be online, reducing the amount of human intervention. People are now heavily dependent on technology, which affects how we communicate face to face with other people. Using mobile phones at your fingertips, people will rather hide behind the screen rather than face to face. Unconsciously, people become increasingly social, becoming interactive and outgoing (Walker, Brittany 2014)
