After the Exxon Valdez incident in Prince William Sound in Alaska, in 1989, many people were familiar with the miserable outcome of oil spills. Gulf freak leakage in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010 was even more serious than the scale of Exxon Mobil, but leakage was considered the most notorious oil spill in the history of the United States. Generally, the influence of oil spill depends on various factors such as weather and other environmental conditions, oil composition, distance from the coast, and so on. There are several ways that oil spills may adversely affect marine life, such as seabirds, watercrafts, tortoises.

Okay, I have an example. Did everyone understand it? There is Exxon Valdez on the premises. This is a very smooth operation. How was Exxon Valdez, one of the biggest oil spills ever, handled? Interestingly, Exxon Valdez belongs to a specific level of hull protection and compensation insurance, which is the main part of the claim. As mentioned earlier, there are actually some existing structures. If you are a fishery there are several main types of insurance: the hull is insurance, it is good, the goods are insured, so Exxon Mobil gets money from oil, and Exxon Mobil I get a return hull. But who will handle the collision and who will handle the removal of debris? We are well aware that the cost of contamination is completely uncontrollable. Then there are areas such as hangar, cargo damage, shortage, etc. You may encounter buoys, lighthouses, harbors and docks, your hull insurance is not included, and personal injury, illness and death
