This report is a study on a group of Indian representatives in the UK. The purpose of this study was to investigate the intercultural challenges faced by Indian expatriates and the adjustment to British challenges. Cultural conflict between foreigners and foreigners is an inevitable result as aliens experience difficulties. This research focuses on psychological, socio-cultural, and work challenges. Reconciliation is based on individual initiatives of psychological and spiritual superiority of foreign representatives, as well as efforts of overseas expatriate employees, parent company, and host institution of the company.
