Postmodern is the reaction and continuation of modernism. This term was originally used to represent changes in architectural styles. This style works by adopting various elements of the past building style and combining them to create a new design. The result is not new, it is simply a simple combination of styles. Postmodern shows that it is an example of postmodern shows how literature adapts and mixes various styles to derive "new style".
