The Evolution of Leadership Over the Years

How has leadership evolved over the years, and why? "Leadership is a relationship between leaders and followers and they are intended to truly change to reflect their common goals" (Rost, 1931). But today, as new technologies are invented or discovered, the style of leadership changes and, therefore, lacks sustainability. The only thing that can not change is the principle of doing business. The philosophy and thought of leadership reflects the principle of leadership mainly, so it can be used at any time.

Africa is very diverse, has a complex multicultural society, consciously or unconsciously determines the style, ethics and application of leadership that has been developed over the years. Indeed, the evolution of leadership and ethics involves a close and consistent interaction with the environment and the environment; it is in vain to develop time frames at the beginning of this evolution. For example, with the passage of time, civilization has emerged that determines the pattern of leadership and ethics in Africa through association with river ecosystems and extraction of resources. In order to better explain and understand the past in the context of morality, I use evolution of bioethics.
