The ethics of divorce and marriage is the legitimate closing of marriage, the couple can freely remarry. Therefore, when one or both of the couple married again to the new partner, the remarriage is a divorce. This is only when both parties are divorced and still alive. I do not know if I agree or disagree with this statement, so I look at the two aspects of this point, then I will make my decision. The Catholic Church is completely against the divorce and will not accept divorce under any circumstances.
