School bullying has risen to an amazing number nationwide. It has penetrated the educational environment throughout the United States. Bullying has become a fashion, the result is phenomenal. Children are afraid of halls that should be safe havens. It affects their self-confidence and self-esteem, which results in poor work and no focus on learning. Severe terrible conditions such as suicide and other serious consequences are becoming very common.

Bully is a breed. As the power increases, teeth are given. They are afraid of others and are not afraid to intimidate or force the use of masks and direct threats. In many primary schools, more and more bullys are in fashion, possibly causing damage, are marked as troublesome, special attention and tolerance are necessary. They can strike other teenagers and torture them. Because the education system says they need to get educated and not discriminate. Innocent victims are encouraged to accept their persecution as "rough play" and learn how to mix with various kinds of children.

Bullying is becoming epidemic, and the education system stops the trend by establishing the school prevention bullying prevention policy.
