The Emperor?s New Clothes

"Emperor's new clothes" is a story of the emperor who especially likes new clothes. One day two cheaters came here, insisting that they are weavers, they said that they could incorporate the best fabrics ever. Kagame reminds me of Danish writer Hans Christian Andersen's "New Emperor's New Equipment."
