Many Americans have questioned the accuracy of electoral colleges. This is correct as three different presidents have won universal voting rights but have not won the election. Electoral colleges are outlined in the Constitution and are the current system for electing the President of the United States of America. Contrary to popular belief, the president has not been elected by people. Instead, a certain number of voters have voted for each province. The number of voters is equal to the number of Representatives and Senators in each state.

You will notice that for a long time you have chosen many different ways to choose the provincial legislature, the internal "state" electoral college based in the county (Tennessee), the presidential election including the people's system.
