The experience of African Americans in the United States is almost irreversible. The first appearance of African Americans in this country is like a situation that is starting a foul. The experience of slavery is part of the most inhumane era of human history. Colonial settlers regard Africans as a fifth of men and use Africans as tools and pets. From the beginning, the American Civil Rights Commission has been working on promoting equal opportunities for education. This includes advocacy for maintaining an aggressive action plan (American Civil Rights Commission). In the past, ethnic minorities were restricted to higher education, so we have to take aggressive action. Now in the 21st century, people question whether positive actions are really useful or inverse discrimination. In fact, some universities in the US have expressed excessive contempt for positive behavior.
