The purpose of this paper is to fully explain current conflicts in Darfur and to discuss the impact of Darfur conflict on neighboring countries, corners of Africa, and the interests of the United States. In addition, this article explores how conflict in Darfur affects global concerns. Background: Darfur is a Muslim Sultan nationality in the western Sudan, often referred to as the horn of Africa. According to reports, it covers one-fifth of the country's population, with a population of 4 million to 6 million.

The conflict in Darfur has also exacerbated the tension in neighboring Chad and Central African Republic where thousands of refugees are escaping violence across bilateral territories.
