This survey covers women's participation in march for many years, the Republic of China Constitution in 1949, the policy linking Mao Zedong's legs, the marriage law in 1950, and the expansion of women's social participation. We analyze journal articles and books from Western and Asian writers to evaluate historian views on Communist policy towards women and their influence on Communist power. The women of Kellee Tsai since 1949, the rural country of that country and "China Revolution: 1800-1985" of John King Fairbank are two main sources and will be evaluated.
Women were not regarded as equal before the Communists in China took power. Especially in the southern part of China where women were sold as slaves under the name of "family servant". These women who buy and sell slavery are called "mui-tsai", which means "younger sister". Women rarely receive education before the Communist revolution. In China's history, paying for women's education is considered useless for family payment education, because women are usually sent to their husband's house after marriage. Many farmers can not feed their daughters because of poverty, so she is sold to become "museoi" so that other families can survive. American feminist writer Agnes Smedley who took part in the Chinese Revolution wrote an article about Muzui widely in her German work.
Before the Chinese Communist Party took over the administration, China was living a very different life. China is an underdeveloped country divided among numerous warlords, tribes and genetic landlords, and these dynasties fought for power and wealth. The average life expectancy of Chinese people is about 40 years old The hospital is a luxury item, mainly reserved for rich people. The illiteracy is common, and remote tribes are practicing slavery. Because development is delayed in some areas of China and development is delayed, people participate in the head hunting ceremony and kill their heads with a basket outside the village and put them in their heads. A woman is regarded as property and does not receive education. And there are even many people buying and selling as slaves pretending to be "home servants."
Like most of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, China has become a victim of colonialism. Many of China's ports such as France, UK, Germany are regarded by the empire as assets of the colonial period. Kuomintang ruled China before the Communists dispatched so many troops to the west to fight Communist guerrillas. In order to combat the threat of Japanese fascist, the Communist Party and the warlord agreed to kidnap the Kuomintang leader, Zhang Xihua and to force an anti-Japan alliance with the Communist Party. Later, the communists began a guerrilla war to kick out Japanese fascists from China until Japan was defeated at the end of World War II. China is a sovereign country without foreign powers to monopolize politics, land, and ports.
