In this study, we examined the impact of a systematic physical activity program of 12 weeks on social interaction and communication among ASD children. The results of this study indicate that structural physical activity is effective for certain autistic features of ASD children. Current research does not identify a single method that is superior to all other methods, but researchers are able to significantly improve the social skills and communication skills of ASD children I found an effective strategy.

A total of 41 participants completed the exam. A twelve - week structured sports program was launched in 24 exercise sessions for social exchanges and communication with ASD children. Data were collected using quantitative and qualitative instruments. In contrast, the control group was not able to find a statistically significant difference ().
The effect of structured exercise program on social interaction and communication of autistic children
In this study, we examined the impact of a systematic physical activity program of 12 weeks on social interaction and communication among ASD children. As a result of the 12-week exercise program, it was shown that the social exchanges and communication skills of the experiment group improved as a whole. (1) With regard to social interaction, this research found significant improvement of social interaction, cooperation, and self management subdomains. However, in terms of cooperation, responsibility, sympathy, and participation, the physical activity plan has little impact. In a 12 - week intervention it may not be enough to bring many important changes to every aspect of social interaction. Parent interviews to the questionnaires and volunteer responses indicate that the overall level of social interaction has changed significantly at the end of the 12 week sports program.
