In this article we will analyze the impact of immigration on the waiting time of British National Health Service (NHS). By linking the management record of the hospital planning statistics (2003-2012) with the immigration control data of the UK labor force survey, the immigrants reduce the waiting time for introducing outpatients and greatly affect the waiting time (A & E) of the accident and the emergency department I understood that it was not there. Selective Care Shortening of waiting time for outpatients is explained by the fact that immigrants increase the mobility inside the local people and immigrants tend to be healthier than locals moving to different areas I can. Finally, we found evidence that immigrants increased the time to wait for introduction of outpatients in the poorer areas outside London. The increase in average waiting time in the poor areas concentrated mainly in the years after the EU expansion in 2004 and disappeared in the medium term (eg 3-4 years).
