Many people raised in the outskirts of the city call it "food", and many of my friends are divorced mothers and fathers victims. Brought up with these children from primary school to high school, they often have problems, fight, and are expelled from school. On the other hand, children of married families such as myself have little problem, they have better social skills for fellows and teachers. This made me recognize that they may be doing this because they lack child rearing and discipline at home.

Divorce can end an unhappy marriage; however, divorce affects all involved parties, husbands, wives and children. All of these parties are living with each other and they have to deal with the disputes that everyone will create and they must deal with the steps leading to misfortune and divorce. Divorce greatly affects parents, but they are most affected because they need to live in the middle of everything, but they may not be related to battle, misfortune or divorce.

There are many people who fully believe that divorce only has a negative effect on children involved. Contrary to the general idea, divorce always has a negative effect on the children concerned, divorce is not necessarily negative. Of course, during almost all divorce, the whole family will make some confusion and coordination. Divorce is a very unpleasant, exhausted and pumped out process. However, even considering all negative factors, divorce is usually best for all participants, including children.

Why is the lawsuit a part of divorce? Contrary to common beliefs, divorce usually does not involve two people agreeing to end the marriage. In the 80% case, divorce decisions are unilateral - one wishes to divorce and the other does not. Because of its nature, the situation of conflict has been created from the beginning, mediation and cooperative divorce are often disqualified. Both approaches depend on full cooperation between the parties and voluntary disclosure of all financial information.
