Opinions and lifestyles are different; normally, beneficial for a group of people may be counterproductive for another group. Educational problems are complex and sensitive; therefore, before making a decision, two aspects of the problem must be analyzed. The two issues which are controversial in today's public education program are multicultural education and bilingual education.
Multiculturalism and bilingual teaching methods in schools may affect major American educational institutions today. This is mainly because globalization impacts on a global scale are affecting major sectors of the world, especially education. Regarding facts, the fact of the investigation is that there are many students from an American race to an American school trying to acquire education from America.

Diversity education is a personal ideology for my bilingual education in the classroom. Bilingual education is an important part of education, building multicultural capabilities through guidance languages, and creating a strong learning environment. Students exposed to a bilingual course will use bilingualism as a resource. "The expansion of multilingual resources available for teaching opens the world, experience and possibilities.The ability to read and write multilingual text allows students to get different views" (Garcia, 2012, p. 2). Bicultural teaching has many advantages; future language is easy to learn, has work opportunities, enhances creativity and builds community. Bilingual students are exposed to learning new cultures, learning from each other, and understanding the differences and creating knowledge.
