The effectiveness and equity of NYPD stop and frisk policy, 2003–2014

NYPD 's stop - and - search policy is one of the controversial policing problems in the last decade and almost finished officially. Initial data is a summary of the results of smoking cessation, risk, crime at the city level from 2003 to 2014. Cancellation and analysis of search results will support previous research using new technology and make the balance between inevitable fair policy discrepancies and their effectiveness in crime reduction even more difficult.

In this article I will explain the history of pause and search in detail and I believe that the police in New York should internally change the policies of drop-in and search to further limit the discretion of individual staff. The first part outlines the brief history of stopping and searching. In the second part, we examine the drawbacks of current relief which may be available to those who believe that the right of the fourth amendment has been suspended and harassed. Part 3 believes that NYPD needs to update its suspension and protection policy. Finally, the fourth section outlines the administrative solutions that New York Police should implement to ease the Constitution that violates individual rights. Because of riots occurring in New York City and throughout the country, we are stopping and searching. Recently, I decided to announce NYPD and New York police stoppage. Fraud is unconstitutional, and I think NYPD is willing to accept the latest information on that policy.
