The blood flowing through the muscles and veins of the body is supplied by the food we consume. These foods also affect the workings of the brain and the workings of the body. People may say that they truly believe it with hungry, they actually feel sad. This is due to the lack of neurochemicals in the brain that carry information and control nerve impulses.

The bad influence that fast food will have on human health comes from the method of manufacturing foods. Studies have shown that livestock slaughtered to provide beef for fast food was concentrated on the farm before passing through the meat processing assembly line (Schlosser 23). Most of the employees of these processing lines are putting emphasis on polluting the meat and causing food poisoning. In addition, most fast foods are cooked with tallow fat containing high levels of saturated fat. We know that these fats are the major cause of heart disease. The time constraints of fast food restaurants restrict the opportunities to train employees to implement appropriate food handling practices and procedures. In addition, high turnover rates for these restaurants hinder training as they seem to waste resources for employees who may leave other facilities.

High cholesterol and high salt levels, as well as low fiber and vitamins are known to adversely affect human health. It is often associated with several diseases including diabetes, obesity, heart disease, stroke, and even cancer. Several studies have shown that asthma and hypertension may also be associated with fast food. Experts believe that our eating habits have undergone a tragic change. We Indians no longer eat homemade food, but instead use pizza, hamburgers, spicy chicken and other fast foods. Over the years the Indians became lazy, they replaced food with more fat-containing foods and snacks, and the water intake was replaced by sugar and chemical rich beverage .

Since the past two centuries, sugar has eroded the human body of the world. Most foods we eat today contain sugar that can cause metabolic syndrome. The influence of metabolic syndrome on the human body is a health problem such as diabetes, obesity in the system, human beings consume more food than their own and may lead to healthy teeth such as teeth . There are similar patterns for natural gas, coal and electricity, but Japan clearly relies on other countries, not America, to access these resources.
