In this article I will discuss public law (PL) No. 94-142 "Education for all people with disabilities" in 1975. This law covers many aspects of equal opportunity for education for disabled children, including individualized education programs, assessment, available technologies, resources, placement, curriculum, assessment and learning environment. We also assess the history of the law and provide insight as to what will happen today. In addition to reviewing the law amendment, we discuss the relationship between law and disabled students (regardless of the degree of disability).
It is noteworthy that EFA (EHA) for children with disabilities was enacted in 1975 and revised as education for disabled people (IDEA) in 1990 (Wilson, 1996). Similarly, in order to tackle education issues, Education for All Handicapped Children (EHA) and Education for Handicapped People (IDEA) were enacted. It is worth noting that until the enactment of these laws, the national educational system was focused only on general students and the general education system.
In 1975, Congress enacted the "National Disabled Education Law" later renamed "Disability Education Act" (IDEA). It states that children with disabilities should receive "Minimal Unlimited Environment" (LRE) education and maximize education for children with no obstacles. This placement should be as close as possible to the child's house. If there is no obstacle, the child is enrolled in the school. In 1990, the American Disabled Persons Act was enacted to prohibit discrimination based on employment disorder, state and local government, public facilities, commercial facilities, transportation and telecommunications. Similar to section 504, ADA believes that there is a history of such injuries, or such damage exists where physical or mental disorders severely limit one or more serious daily activities Define the patient as a person.
In 1975, EFA Act 94-142 established the right to establish free and appropriate public education for disabled children and to ensure that state and local educational institutions can comply with new requirements We provided funds. He stated that this bill has four objectives. In 1986, the EHA was re-approved as PL 99-457 in addition to disabled infants and young children under 3 years of age and provided an associated personal family service program (IFSP) to prepare documents to ensure personality . Special services for giving birth to each infant family
