The Downfall of JC Penney

JCPenney is a midrange department store chain in the United States, headquartered in Texas, which began more than 100 years ago. JCPenny has been very successful for the past three to four years. The company is trying to overcome the prolonged impact of change to realize a new direction that former CEO Ron Johnson will increase sales. My new CEO Myron Ullman closely monitors market segmentation and revenue segmentation to make the retailer self-healing to attract middle market customers.

Despite some name changes and phrases, JC Penny is still struggling to regain the success that it once had. JC Penney began as a dry matter store in Kemmerer, WY in 1902 and grew into a world class retail store. However, customers are dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and seem to be confused about the company's brand image. According to the Consumer Affairs Bureau, for a long time retailers' loyal customers complained that most of the items are targeted at young women. JC Penney seems to be experiencing middle-aged identity crisis

Once, this is JC Penney store of Keokuk which is the crown jewelry of the mall. JC Penny had even a complete service station that was eventually demolished and replaced by Cayce's gas station. Today, I can hardly recognize it. You can still see the faint outline of the Heilig - Meyers' logo hanging in its last real life, but this is the only identification mark. My first memories of Mall happened in this store. When I was 40 or 50 years old, my mother went to buy some things. She made a mistake on the toy island and I could not resist my seduction because squat was sitting where I could not reach. I tried it seriously and eventually fell off the car and landed directly on my head.

As a little girl, there is nothing more fascinating. Through JC Penny there is a hat wearing a round hat on the edge of a metal arm. The bouquet of the hat is sitting on the stand. Especially, I remember spring, pink, light blue, white color. These crowns are ready to be taken to church worship on Easter Sunday. I am like a thousand years rather than a mother of a church. I have never worn a church hat to serve. I only wore them when they pulled them out of the white box under the bed. From time to time, I can let go of my mother's hand and try it. But for me, the hat of the church is worn by our own queen. The hat symbolizes real femininity
