Joining a practice group is often troublesome and stressful, but working in a group is a very convenient and important skill. The five main features of group work are formation, commitment, regulation, performance and postponement. All these aspects of group work are very different, but it is equally important to maintain the lives of the group. In collective work, I have experienced all these aspects in private life. We believe that following these guidelines will ensure team effectiveness.
Difficulty in entry: Problems occurred for a while due to difficulties in entering the group. Let's say that there are five employees in the team, work with them, work hard, spend a lot of time, most of the work is done. However, when someone comes to this group, we face this problem. They do not understand the work, so if we explain again, our time is Western, backwards explaining everything and still motivating. External competition and threats: Members who cooperate with each other when facing big external threats, such as changing work methods or appointing new managers. The unity of a group often produces time and loss of groups and organizations (Mullen, et al 1994)
Does the group work? It is difficult for students to know how to work effectively with other students in group projects. Sometimes it is difficult to set a time when everyone can meet. It is necessary to balance the workload of who will do what. From time to time, you will be able to share your leadership, allow all ideas to be considered equally and feel uncomfortable if asked to provide some work when there is another big deadline. To help students learn to work with others, group work is added to the study of the university (the goals they need to work and live). By sharing the load, we can also reduce the overall burden of large-scale projects. If you are concerned about how to select a group, or if you know that teamwork is difficult for you, please contact your teacher for advice.
Professor Barbara Kelsey of Ryerson University studied ways to make white men and Chinese men living in Canada an iconic group. Ethnic members (the only Chinese or only Caucasian) will affect the level of participation and the influence of the group 98 Some groups work side by side, others use only computers. Kelsey found in the face-to-face group that white men, whether tokens or group rulers, have an average participation level higher than Chinese men. However, among the face-to-face groups in which Chinese men are dominant, the participation rate of Chinese men is relatively high. Only symbolic Chinese men participate in and influence their group
