The Difficult Teenage Years

For the first time, they have to adapt to learning from high school. You are 8th grade when you are 13 years old. This is the oldest grade of my elementary school. They are also learning to discover their own self-awareness, becoming friends with others. Learning to adapt to these changes may cause anger in some teenagers, sometimes even attacking. Understanding the causes of anger and aggression helps parents, teachers, even teenagers alleviate these symptoms.
