Collisions plague our homes, our work and the majority of our lives, but most conflicts have little impact on us. This is to prevent conflicts from being over blown away in each part or to be dealt with when conflicts first arrive. If you leave it unchecked, there are different types of conflicts that bother your workplace and your family. This kind of conflict is often detrimental to those who deal directly with conflict, and sometimes even indirectly to people involved in conflict.
One aspect of contradiction is to check whether there is an ongoing relationship or whether the relationship ends with an inconsistency. Strategies between these two fundamentally different situations are different and aggression is no exception. Discuss each type of conflict in a different strategy context. If this relationship is in progress, if you push the ongoing dispute towards the solution, the relationship will return to normal.
