The Differences of the North and the South

In 1787 - 1787, Northwest provision was passed. It formed a new country and helped govern them. Then the federal government is almost uncontrollable. America was in depression, farmers robbed the land, suffered rebellion, and slaves became controversial. This led to constitutional practice. Many plans were proposed but only compromises were accepted. Two important compromises are a major compromise and a three-fifth compromise. The main difference between North and South - and the most responsible parties of the civil war is slavery.
