The cartilaginous cranium known as the cartilage skull is a cartilage embryo structure that supports the developing skull and encloses the sensory organs surrounding the brain and the nose and inner ear. Chondroitin begins to form chondrocytes called chondrocytes from mesenchymal-derived mesenchymal stem cells by mesenchymal condensation. This process is called cartilage formation (1). These isogenic chondrocytes can form and proliferate to fuse together to form the basic region of chondrocytes (Fig. 1a-c), ethmoid sinus, basal bone and occipital bone (2 ).

The skeleton forming the supporting structure inside the fish is made of cartilage (cartilage fish) or bone (Osteichthyes). The main skeletal element is the spine, which consists of articular vertebrae and is light but strong. Ribs are attached to the spine without limbs or limbs. They are only supported by the muscles. The main appearance features of the fish are spinous processes that are not directly related to the spine or fins that are soft barbs except for tail fin (tail fin). Whale shark is the largest live fish on the planet. They belong to the Chondrichthyes group including sharks, rays, and skates. Compared with other fish with skeletal bones, these fish bones are made entirely of cartilage. We know little about the life history of this elusive giant. Worldwide, whale sharks occur in waters over 100 countries, latitude ranges from 30 degrees latitude to 35 degrees south, occurring in temperate waters and coastal waters. They gather at breeding grounds and often travel long distances to food rich areas.
