In this article we will explore how a baby establishes a loving relationship with a mother from birth to junior high school. Most of this article is based on Bobby's attachment theory and the research it is based on, but it incorporates the classical theory of physical development, social development, social learning, and cognitive development. We will explore the effects of biology, learning, socio-cultural, cognitive and psychological effects. The species affects the process by which all animals are bound to their parents as a protective mechanism to protect species continuity.
Attachment theory explains how parent-child relationships occurred and influence future development. John Ballby's attachment theory has brought the importance of child-mother relationships in social, emotional and cognitive development. Specifically, it shaped his beliefs about the early divorce of an infant and the relationship with his mother and later led Bowlby to develop his attachment theory. Rudolph Schaffer and Peggy Emerson have examined the course of 60 week old babies until 18 weeks. These children were observed at their own homes and confirmed the patterns in their attachment development. They discovered that the attachment of an infant developed with a sequence of three months ago - indiscriminate attachment. Newborns tend to go out with everyone. Most babies respond similarly to any caregiver after 4 months - there are preferences for some people
Attachment is an emotional connection between a child and its primary caregiver (usually a mother). An example of an attachment is when the mother abandons the baby and she cried because of her absence. This relationship usually begins when the child is about 6 months old. This is an indispensable element for the development of young children. It is not comfortable for the baby to stay away from her mother. It varies from place to place in the world, but affection is important regardless of where the baby comes from. - ... In analyzing behavior, application of family system theory to interdependent units may prove beneficial. Their system theory includes interdependencies, completeness, patterns, punctuation marks, openness, complex relations, and equivalence. For the purposes of my paper, I will focus on interdependence, punctuation, and equivalence.
