The D & M IS success model was created to understand the influence of IS. This study is a tracking study of models before 1992 and was used as a framework and model to evaluate complex dependent variables in IS research. In the process model, three elements are identified: "Creating a system, using the system, and influencing the use of the system (DeLone & McLean, 2003)." "Understand the value and effectiveness of information system management behavior and information system investment" (DeLone & McLean, 2003).
"The latest DeLone and McLean Information System Success Model (Figure 3) addresses the measurement challenges in the new e-commerce world" (Saha, 2008) This model is based on the latest DeLone and Mclean (2003) It is based on its own success model. Important changes to the initial model are as follows. The successful model of DeLone and Mclean Information System can be used for measurement challenges in the world of new e-commerce. The updated model (Figure 5) contains the success dimensions of six interrelated information systems: system quality, information quality, quality of service, usage, user satisfaction, and net income.
In order to provide a general and comprehensive definition of the success of an information system covering various aspects of the evaluation information system, DeLone and McLean review the definition of success of existing information systems and corresponding measures, Classified into six broad categories. Therefore, they created a multidimensional weighing model with interdependencies between different success categories DeLone and McLean (1992). Many researchers attempted to extend or redesign the original model, driven by the development and validation of models by DeLone and McLean. Ten years after the first model was released, DeLone and McLean (2004) proposed the latest IS Success model based on many evaluations of its contribution.
DeLone and McLean (1992) argues that evaluating the success of an information system is important for understanding the value and effectiveness of information system management behavior and information system investment. One of the most important and popular works of IS Success Model is the DeLone and McLean models (D & M IS Success Model). In 1992, DeLone and McLean proposed a classification method and an interactive model as a framework to conceptualize the success of IS. Moved by processes that understand the IS and its impact, they developed a multidimensional integrated view of the IS successful model. DeLone and McLean (1992) reviewed comprehensively the IS success metrics and compared the correlation models between the categories of the six IS success variables, (1) system quality, (2) information quality, and (3) IS usage , Summarized. 4) User satisfaction, (5) personal impact, and (6) organizational impact (see Figure 1). This model makes two important contributions in understanding the success of IS.
