Leaders are often drawn as heroes and champions, but as a leader there are dark side too. Even though it is not the most powerful leader ever, Adolf Hitler is one of the most powerful leaders in the past 100 years. He is a person who can make 20 million countries fight the world in the way he thinks. After World War I, he took off German economic depression. This is certainly the result of all the leaders' efforts. Hitler is one of the best models to motivate the leader.

The most difficult thing to do for any leader is to master yourself. All the leaders experience doubts, doubts, anxiety, irony, and his or her own dark side.
