Ukraine is an Eastern European country with a population of approximately 45 million. Before the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991, it was called Ukraine. This means "border". It is located in the eastern part of Western Russia and the rest of Europe. For more than two centuries, Russia has tried to make Ukraine more Russia. Ukraine stumbled between the two countries (Russia and Europe, more recently the European Union) for a long time. Ukrainian speaks Ukrainian and has relations with Europe.

The European Union is focusing on relieving the crisis in Ukraine and supporting Ukraine to ensure a steady prosperous and democratic future for all citizens. The EU has supported the integrity of the territory and the sovereignty of the country as unwavering. I thought that the full implementation of the Minsk Agreement was the foundation of a sustainable political solution to the conflict in eastern part of the country. Since the spring of 2014, the EU has increased support for Ukraine's economic reform and political reform.

Ukraine's crisis seems to surprise the Kremlin, including consolidation of the Crimea, war in eastern Ukraine, malicious political promotional campaign against the new government, Ukraine, and response to the West. Supporting it and destroying the entire European security system after the Cold War - reflecting the threat of Russian national security elite against NATO and EU and the threat of possible loss of Ukraine

Since the crisis in Ukraine and its surrounding areas began in 2014, the Western side constantly makes strong remarks and accuses the Western side completely in this situation. One of the earliest and most prominent figures is a diplomatic article by John J. Mearsheimer entitled "Why the Ukrainian crisis is a mistake in the West". Myrsheimer concluded that the West should waive the European desire of Ukraine and accept the right to actually expand the range of Russia's impact.
