The Crisis in Ukraine: Russian Government and The West

The conflict between the government and the opposition forces became stronger and the anti-government protest action spreading to the western part of the country raised the possibility of serious administrative crisis. Ukraine is the largest country in Eastern Europe and is sandwiched between Russia and the West. This is a piece between Russia and the West. For Western countries, the EU trade agreement means that the scope of its effect extends further to the east; by contrast, Russians think that Ukraine is the key to maintaining their territory.

Ukraine's crisis seems to surprise the Kremlin, including consolidation of the Crimea, war in eastern Ukraine, malicious political promotional campaign against the new government, Ukraine, and response to the West. Supporting it and destroying the entire European security system after the Cold War - reflecting the threat of Russian national security elite against NATO and EU and the threat of possible loss of Ukraine
