Use of a rotary drill suitable for the construction of boring piles, depending on the structure diameter, depth, soil condition and construction method of the boring pile. Usually the borehole is stabilized with a temporary or permanent casing. A common material used for bushing is steel, also called steel bushing. The length of the steel casing is also determined by the condition of the soil found in the actual location. The location of the borepile must be set and marked by the subcontractor's surveyor based on the approved drawing provided by the consultant.
Disadvantages of continuous piercing piles are overcome by the use of secant piles that introduce interlocking methods. The secant pile wall is constructed by pouring concrete into the primary (female) pile, and then the secondary (pile) is excavated through the mother pile before the concrete reaches maximum strength. Thereby, the piles overlap each other. The steel sheet pile walls consist of a set of piles that are intertwined with each other and driven into the ground. The majority of steel sheet pile walls are now made of factory steel plates. The use of sheet piles as temporary soil supports in urban basement is not a major limiting factor. The seat pile can be mounted hydraulically to reduce contamination by noise. The sheet pile wall can be designed as a cantilever wall or an anchor wall depending on the depth of the cellar and the change in soil condition.
The secant bore pile wall is basically a stake pile of a borehole regardless of whether it is small or large. It is constructed as a line, the gaps between the piles are filled with cement and concrete, creating a waterproof condition preventing water from flowing. Filling technology will be listed later in the report.
