Aztec religion is a Central American religion practiced by Aztec empire. Like other Central American religions, it is a human sacrifice factor related to numerous religious festivals held according to Aztec's calendar model. It has a large and growing Pantheon; Aztecs often incorporate the spirit of other geographic regions or countries into their own religious activities. Aztec's cosmology divides the world into upper and lower worlds, each associated with specific gods and astronomical objects. In Aztec religion, it is important that the sun, the moon, and the Venus have different symbolic and religious meanings and are connected to gods and geographical places.
Aztec religion is organized around the practice of the calendar ritual dedicated to the gods of various gods.
