Unfortunately, today's nursing method, because you can become a part of the system, you can not say, so you participate in either care or dangerous bear
The state is awful! Nurses do not take seriously because of overwork. It is difficult for an employer to quit the job you are doing in order for them to benefit from it. Managers are not loyal to you, they are more concerned about maintaining their work and salary.
Please stay away from patient care and hospital. They brought about their lack of nurses. Let them think
You'll never understand how bad it is before you enter it. Even those who tell you all the rewards will not be honest with strong demands. In a sense, it is multitasking, you can not imagine ... push the human beyond reasonable limits.
Saying that will put you in the unemployment line, and they will continue to hurt your reputation.
I think that this will sum up the whole !!!!! Everything is real, perfect and reasonable. I understand that this is a dilemma as a choice of LPN. We are doing the same things 99% of the time, but salary is not a life you can trust. You will be a working poor man. Nurse and none of them earn the same benefits as others, at least for now (Healthcare system pocket is the only very many dollars.I have a 4-year degree If you have at least, I may be able to find the right job. I have some health issues, it may lead to patient care too late too I can not go to school.
I think that the above comments explain all of these, once or in the end, I think that it is not selfish to let them understand this.

Nursing experience is irreplaceable. In general, employers accepted empirical rules as the patient's care or RN bedside RN, RN, at least initially within his career most widely. RNs of new graduates must have at least a year of clinical experience. I will say there are always some exceptions in the statement! However, in most cases even RNs who want to work indirect patient care. Therefore, the best way to first lifetime profitability will get work as soon as possible to complete their research and improve bedside RN. In addition, closely cooperating with patients with Bedside RN's function is the reason most nurses choose careers!
About 3,514,679 nurses in the United States, about 63.2% of RN and LPN 29.3% of work in hospital. The RN work project reported that an average of 33.5% of new RNs have left the bedside over the past two years. Leaving the bed to look for other care positions does not necessarily mean that the nurse leaves the job, but this is a catalyst. Why did some nurses leave their beds and finally left their professions? Asking any nurse, the answer is various, but for most people the common theme seems to be correct
