ELL Choosing the right resource for use in the classroom is an important and complex task for the ELL resource. Ideally, student results are threatened, so much thought and contemplation should come into this process; goals of planning and content, and educational needs of students are sufficiently considerable factors. However, actual or accidental factors may affect the selection process and, ultimately, the final decision. These include availability (or lack thereof), time constraints, budget constraints, and personal preferences or guidance styles.
Offer accommodation to specific students with special needs. Students of English learner (ELL) can use English as the second language of English to replace graduation requirements. Students receiving special education services can meet the revised requirements according to the Individualized Education Program (IEP). In New York State, the high school diploma was called Regents Diploma. This was acquired after passing Regents' compulsory course test. Available at two levels: Standard Regents Diploma and Advanced Designated Regents Diploma
English learners (ELL), English as a second language (ESL), and English as a foreign language (EFL) are English education and learning strategies applied to primary languages other than languages. The complexity and expertise of English often confuses students with backgrounds other than English, especially those living in countries that do not speak English (Ferris and Hedgcock, 1998). ELL, ESL, EFL and similar courses are designed to help students learn English basics and basic knowledge from scratch.
Currently, EFL (English as a foreign language) recognizes learners' professional and academic English needs. The specific needs of English are described by learners and English experts. The purpose of this study was to investigate the academic English needs of students studying English at Punjab University in Lahore.
