The Common Types of Plagiarism

There are various kinds of plagiarism, but they are serious violations of academic integrity. We defined the most common type below and provided a sample link.

Direct plagiarism is a transcription of a part of another person's work verbatim, with no attribution or quotation marks. Intentionally copying the work of others is immoral, it is academically inaccurate and it is the basis for disciplinary action including exile. [Look at an example. ]

When a student posts his previous work or mixes some of his previous work, self-plagiarism occurs without the permission of all the professors involved. For example, it is unacceptable to include part of your end term paper written in high school in the paper specified in the course of the university. Self-copying can also be applied to submitting the same work to different classes of tasks without the prior permission of the two professors.

Mosaic theft occurs when a student finds a synonym of the author's language while borrowing a phrase from the source without using quotation marks or maintaining the original structure and meaning.
