War is inevitable because of opposition and contradictory views. In such a difficult age women are rarely recognized, but they play an important role in the success of our country. They succeeded during World War II as they took over the work of men and proved that they were equally effective in the workplace. Since then, tremendous change has taken place. Overcoming these difficulties, women found their identity and, in return, narrowed the gap of women's social norms in the workplace.

Many companies are working to eliminate gender disparities from the perspective of employment, compensation and opportunities. Still, it is still a male world. The number of infographics from Statista shoes is larger than before, but it is quite late for scientific women (US labor). According to the Female Technical Association, only 15% of women represent information women and computers in the field, and it is the leadership role that accounts for only 5% of women.
