Hooray! Yesterday, I completed a 10 - day herb detox / cleansing! Good morning routine starts from the evening. This means I will go to bed at 10 o'clock in the evening, I will stay in bed at 10:30 in the evening. I have to check my BG at 4 PM, then 9 PM or 10 PM and before going to bed at 1 AM. Then I get up around 2 AM. Yes, I know that their sleeping hours are strange, but that works for me. I slept for 7 hours on the first night of Wednesday and received a pump. My BG before going to bed is 144 and in the evening it is 74 at 9 o'clock. I need to eat so as not to become hypoglycemic. I always eat pure mint. It is instant BG. Then at 1 AM my BG was 92 years old. I did not take an hour to get up. Usually, if you wake up, you will do better. Then I lay down and tried to get more sleep, but I really did not fall asleep. I gave up at around 1:45 am, checked my cell phone, opened a lot of laundry, then brushed my teeth according to the usual morning bath.
