The Civil War in Syria

There are many unpleasant behaviors in the world that will occur over time. Some people are more severe than others, so people try to classify certain situations. In genocide there are many stages that this may be regarded as genocide. There are a number of arguments about whether Syria's situation falls under the civil war or the massacres. However, intervention may cause more problems for Syria and itself, so it may not be the best option. Since Syria itself is not supposed to be suitable for genocide of all kinds, it should not be a situation we should intervene.
