The Chrysler Building

Today, with technology, we can build a structure that is never before. Several works are impressive based on their achievements, but the other works are themselves masterpieces. The ability of human beings to build such high-rise buildings as we are currently familiar with high-rise buildings is a manifestation of progress as a culture. The power needed to build such a tall building stimulates the competition among architects to decide who can build the tallest building.

The Chrysler Building was completed on 27th May 1930. It is owned by Walter P. Chrysler and built as a new Chrysler headquarters. The height of the Chrysler Building is 77 stories high and the office area is about 2,062,772 sq. Ft. Since the Chrysler family sold it in 1953, the building has changed hands over and over. In 1998, Tishman Speyer and a travel insurance company bought a Chrysler Building for $ 220 million dollars. In 2001, 75% of Tishman Speyer's shares were sold to Abu Dhabi Investment Committee. Tishman Spey owns 10% of the shares, while Abu Dhabi Investment Committee owns 90% of shares today.

Number 11. Chrysler Building Chrysler Building was taken from a place away from Williamsburg bridge (200 mm zoom lens). Like the 8 spruce wing, I have only the top of the building, and I must be creative by putting it in a crack. The scene is the southern slope of Haleakala Volcano on Maui Island, Hawaii.
