Introduction of the change in British Constitution in the 21st century: Tony Blair became prime minister in May 1997 and contributed to constitutional reform thanks to the promise of declaration. The first phase of the Labor Party introduced the first wave of traditional document transformation. Later on, the return of the Labor government in June 2001 told the second wave of the change in the British Constitution. I believe that the beginning of this century brings a new dimension to the British Constitution, "Momentum will continue" (Hazell et al., 2000, 260).
Improving constitutional and constitutional support processes is important for the efforts of peacebuilding in the 21st century. We are living in the age of constitutionalism; over the past 30 years more than half of the existing 200 constitutions have been reformed and written. Every year 20 constitutional amendments or a new constitution are passed, many of which are part of the peace-building process or economic or social crisis in war-devastated countries. It is not necessarily the case to establish a constitutional basis in such a case. The conflict between resources, rights, power, identity and past unfairness is local and distrust is serious. Every tension is potentially explosive, political and urgent. Because of this urgency this trend, especially in the international community, can focus on the rapid development of the Constitution as a way to reorganize society and promote political transition.
Since the Constitution was enacted in 1789, now it has been revised 27 times to satisfy the changing needs of the country which is distinct from the 18th century world. In general, the first 10 revisions, collectively referred to as the Bill of Rights, provide specific protection for individual freedom and justice and impose restrictions on the power of all levels of the government. Most of the subsequent 17 amendments expanded the protection of people's rights. Some deal with issues related to federal authorities, or change government procedures and procedures. The revision of the US Constitution is attached at the end of the document, unlike many amendments to the Constitution around the world. All four pages of the original US Constitution are written in parchment.
