The Changing Context of Nursing

The image of care is dynamic, from the late 1800's to the present, images are based on personal recognition of media, nursing, historical personality education (Daly, Speedy, & Jackson, 2014). Historical figures include Florence Nightingale and nurses who change their self-sacrifices and education (Fee & Garofalo, 2010, p.1591; Allen, 2010, p.35). Education has advanced (Ten Hoeve, Jansen, & Roodbol, 2014, p. 147) by strengthening the image of care and strategies to teach student nurses to improve access to higher education.

It is indispensable to promote regional innovation to steadily announce it in the place of care, promise excellence and reliability, measure locally, prefer teamwork, and adapt to local environmental changes , The nurse showed changes in the care system and cultivate ideal leader results. With its formal authority, nurses' administrators can influence the organization's safety culture movement and zero tolerance on retaliation when nurses pose patient safety issues. Nurses who take on a leading role can recognize uneven distribution of electricity within the organization and secure effective chain of command system. According to the intent and phrase of law and regulation, the policy and procedure clearly needs to communicate clearly so that the caregiver can know the method and location of the question.

As I write this article, I have studied nursing methods including the four important concepts agreed by the nurse: people, environment, health, and care 1 When I look back on the role as a surgical nurse , The meta paradigm, and the framework will affect my perioperative patient care. My treatment begins at the preoperative stage, interacts with patients and families, actively listens to concerns and alleviates anxiety. It is my responsibility to ask a series of standardization questions for each patient, but it is also important to help alleviate patient anxiety before surgery. When feeling patient anxiety, I offer a warm blanket or relieve the patient with consideration and patient by holding hands.
