The Changing Concept of Hero

There are many different observations and opinions that can arbitrarily be placed in the defined crucible when the initial efforts of the hero are defined. Because there is no television, the heroes of the early British literature were told by people, read, and conveyed. Beowlf, Sir Gawain, Green Knight and The Faerie Queene, so it is interesting to read the stories of this age.

The inventor of the change is Kurt Lewin, one of my heroes. Lewin is an excellent founder of social psychology and organization transformation and incorporates long-term responsibility into a systematic concept. We now create psychological and individualized problems and personalize it as "employees and managers". In this spiritual model, it is always another thing. The resistance hypothesis is implicit arrogance. As long as we accept this spiritual model, it will disrupt our understanding of the dynamics of change, maintain the status quo and make the command and control organization permanent. It is best to release words and incorporate more useful mental models to change them.

Lovelock is a living legend, a personal hero. He created a Gaia hypothesis and a simulator of Daisy World. His concept of finding life, atmospheric science, and the power of ecosystem has changed the world (and challenged). But the citation above shows that someone is still discreet, still learning, but still a wonderful analyst. It can be said that it is the best scientist in the world. He stood on the shoulder of the giant ... standing on the shoulder of another giant. But that is what Einstein is different. He uses analogy and thought experiments to compare the problems of major scientific departments. He is truly interdisciplinary, foresightable and one of the greatest thinkers in history.

Joseph Campbell (2004) emphasizes the importance of heroes by applying the concept of "cultural hero". In his work "The hero of a thousand faces", he is analyzing the heroes and their characteristics in myths. Between myths and anti-gods, heroes are the heroes in mythological stories (ibid.). They are usually male, have jealousy, physical fitness, and courage. Heroes are usually half and half, most obvious in Greek mythology, many of which are the sons of Zeus and the "mother of the earth". Their heroism was revealed in their early adolescence through their behavior and personal character (see Segal 2005: 16-23).
