The Change in the Fighting on the Western Front

The western fight of the battle of the western fight was not exactly the same between 1914 and 1918. For example, the trench is the main defense strategy, Cal's charge and heavy infantry battle is a thing of the past and is stalling like weekly / monthly / every year. Despite the various reasons of war, the assassination of the Grand Duke of Austria Franz Ferdinand was the main catalyst for the beginning of the war. After assassination, Austria declared war with Serbia. Then Russia is ready to protect its allies, Serbia. Next, Germany declared a war with Russia to protect Austria. This led France to declare a war with Germany to protect allies and Russia. Germany invaded Belgium in France and let England declare war against Germany. It all occurred in just a few days

On November 11, 1918, after a terrible fight of over four years and millions of deaths, the guns of the West Front were silenced.
