The Challanges Faced by White Teachers Teaching Black Students

Increasing demand for black teachers is not the same as reducing white racial discrimination. Mistakes in speaking white teaching skills must start with asking for racial discrimination. We certainly need more black teachers, but solicitation is not a solution to racist students and teachers everyday. Negative students are better on average for black students and worse for white students.
