The Central Business District of Kidderminster

Introduction of Kidderminster Central Business District =========== For my GCSE field trip, we need to visit the town and city central business district (CBD). The town I have surveyed is Kidderminster in the middle of England, near the Wyre forest in the countryside of Worcestershire along the Stour River. Kidderminster is 30 miles south of Birmingham. It has a very industrial history and is known as the origin of the carpet industry.

Central Business District (CBD) is the business, economic and commercial center, in the center of the city. The community is also home to the New Orleans government. Some people can be thought of as being a section of Iveville, North Canal and Decatur Street, French Quarter in contact with the East Mississippi River. Main tourist attractions such as the Morrill Convention Center in New Orleans, Magazine Street, Pontchartrain Highway are unifying the southern border. In addition, South Claybone Avenue, Cleveland and Durbbyy Street are also seeking refuge at the Western border.

The Civic Center is located south of the central business district. CBD is a better traditional investment, but the Civic Center is the best Airbnb community in Denver. Its central location is part of the city that tourists love in addition to several cultures, art and greenery (City Center Park). The median house price for Portland Real Estate is 524,000 dollars, which is cheaper than San Francisco and Seattle's many Western markets, but higher than other countries' markets such as Cleveland and Sacramento. So, the price has not soared as much as the number of top US cities, but they are still facing affordable issues.

Zone 1 (Central Business District) - This is the center of the central business district (the innermost region) with the highest land price. This area is conducting the activities of the third stage, and has gained the greatest economic benefit. Another feature is that access to the area is easy because the transportation network spreads from all over the city, even further away. This part maximizes the return of land with a high building and very high density. Commercial activities in this area have led to negligible housing activity in this area.
