There are hundreds of deaths and accidents every day in the world. Many of these deaths took place in the stage slowly blending into civilization on the stage, and no one was smarter. All offenders have the same label. That is a driver. But they are a variety of people living in different parts of the world. In a rare world like the world of human life, this "driver" becomes an integral part of society. If all the roads are big enough, they are filled with thousands of cars every day.

Please consider whether the driver is negligent before the accident. Negligence is a normal legal basis unless the driver intentionally causes an accident and requires the driver to compensate other drivers for the loss caused by the accident. Negligence is defined as a breach of obligation that causes damage. In the event of an accident, this means that the driver did (or did not do) what he / she should do, causing the accident to be damaged. There is a possibility that negligence is a clear violation of traffic law, such as issuing a red light or driving with more responsibility. As a general example of driver's negligence, headlights do not light during night driving, there is no bidirectional visibility before cornering, bad eyeglasses can not be worn, or there is no flash at cornering.

Studies have shown that the greatest threat to traffic safety is the driver himself. In some studies involving driving-related accidents, negligent drivers are considered to be the main cause of these accidents. This is not surprising in practice, as the driver himself admits to ignoring road safety. (Ross Rapoport) In the 2003 survey, we have confirmed that about 91% of drivers acknowledged dangerous driving in the past 6 months. The most common dangerous driving behavior includes a 71% speeding violation, 59% driving in driving, 37% driving while using the mobile phone.

Using mobile phones while driving is the main cause of fatal accidents, resulting in multiple deaths. Despite these concerns, people are still interested in their phone, which is dangerous not only for drivers but also for other road users. According to recent road statistics, the recent 22 fatal traffic accidents were caused by the use of mobile phones by teenagers in driving. Distraction on the road is caused by teenagers who have confidence to read and write text and talk on the phone during driving. Last year more than 5,000 people died for text driving; these accidents were caused primarily by teenagers under 21 years of age

People are considered to be the only bad driver. What they do not have is a driver of a certain age, they are much worse than teenagers. According to statistics, people over the age of 70 have more accidents than accidents in their teens and accidents also increase. In 2008, more than 5,500 elderly people died in a car accident, and more than 183,000 people were injured in a car accident (elderly drivers). Older Drivers There are many reasons for elderly drivers When their people reach a certain age their body begins to get worse. My eyesight began to decline, deafness, reaction time, and judgment began to decline. Therefore, it becomes more difficult to perform simple daily tasks such as driving. If people's eyesight or hearing is not good, the reaction time that may lead to a dangerous driver will be delayed. Even without this road there are enough bad drivers.
