Bullying has been on for a long time, and its impact on victims of this cruel act may hurt them in many ways. Bullying is handled in a hegemonic or horrible way. (Free Dictionary, 2014) Since I was a high school student, I saw children of my school being bullied and being bullied by other people. It is cruel, meaning to bully someone, it is unfair to them. People who are being bullied often do not go well in school. Or give an emotional impact to places you do not want to interact with other people.
There are three roles in this tragedy: bullying, bullying, and a bystander. There is no bullying without bullying. But without oncoming bearers' complicity, they can not get rid of cruel behavior. These innocent bystanders are supportive actors that support and encourage bullying through negligence and commissioning. They may be waiting and looking far away. They can actively encourage bullying or participate as one of the bully group's groups. They may also be afraid to enter because they are afraid to make the goal worse, or fear that they will be the next goal.
